Are You Getting Enough Sleep?

Check Out Your Neighbors Sleep Times.

Adults should get 7 or more hours each night. More than a third of adults’ report getting insufficient sleep on a regular basis. This can be very dangerous because, poor sleep is associated with an increased risk for several chronic diseases:

  • Diabetes
  • Cardiovascular disease
  • Stroke
  • Obesity
  • Depression

It also contributes to an increased risk of motor vehicle crashes and machinery-related injuries.
